A clear institutional purpose
IHOM is conceived as a research and education organisation. Health Optimization Medicine Europe is the separate clinical initiative. Their intended roles should remain distinct, with transparent governance and management of potential conflicts of interest.
Built with accountability
The proposed institute draws on the HOM framework. Any formal relationship with HOMeHOPe, along with the European legal structure, governance, scientific oversight and funding arrangements, remains to be established.
